| • We shall advertise, online, newspapers, and on our website. • Place signage on the property advertising it for rent. |

| - We are not the only ones in the market. - We will take part along or with any of your other elected /chosen apartment marketing / management companies as you wish. We will with your instructions leave any part of management e.g marketing to any other tour operator/apartment manager of your choice. We also advice that you help us in marketing your apartment through local and overseas tour operators so that your apartment vacancy time is reduced to a minimum. |

| Room Rates will be market driven and you are also welcome to get higher "room" rates from your tour operator if this is possible. | ||||
| Apartment Management Risks: | ||||
| The apartment management will be entirely at your own risk and you are advised to put in place all insurances to cover the apartment, its contents and guests & their property as well as for any other eventually that many arise. By accepting our apartment management you expressly accept to absolve us against all risks. | ||||
